The Way I See Your Day
MY APPROACH
As a documentary photographer who has been shooting weddings for over 10 years, I believe a wedding day should be fully experienced, not staged.
There’s nothing worse than being pulled away from your guests or asked to do things that don’t feel like you. My approach is natural, unobtrusive and people-focused. I don’t interrupt the flow of the day or over-direct moments. I focus the real interactions, the laughter, the nerves, the candlelit atmosphere, the energy shift when the party begins, so images feel honest and alive.
I take the time to understand what makes couples light up together, so their photographs reflect something personal rather than performative. The result is cinematic, emotive wedding photography that feels true to who you are.
My biggest influences are rooted in film and cinematography, where lighting, composition and mood play a huge role in storytelling. I love to create images that feel like moments frozen in time, rich with narrative, capturing the essence a wedding day in photos that unfold like a story.

I take a less traditional, fun and personal approach in order to capture moments that are unposed and unscripted, filled with genuine laughter and emotion.
Spontaneity and fun is at the heart of everything I do. A little bit of silliness is woven into my ethos because I truly believe that joy, laughter make the best photos. I’m a firm believer that a little bit of humour is key to connect and document the beautiful chaos of being human.
